What states do you currently ship to?

We currently ship to all US states except: AR, AL, DE, MI, MS, RI, UT

Please note: Extreme heat or cold can damage wines in transit. Kazaisu is not responsible for wines that become damaged as a result of failed delivery attempts or deliveries that are left outdoors for extended periods of time.

Do you offer free shipping?

At this time, the shipping rates for Kazaisu are:

  • $20 Shipping for orders between 3-5 bottles
  • $10 Shipping for orders between 6-11 bottles
  • Free Shipping for orders with a quantity of 12+

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once you place an order on our website, it automatically gets processed and sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot cancel orders.

In some cases, we can recall your shipment from the carrier before it is confirmed delivered, however a restocking fee will apply. To request a recall, please contact us at help@kazaisu.com with your order number.

Can I schedule a delivery date for my order?

You can reach out to UPS directly to arrange a different delivery date. We recommend signing up for UPS MyChoice where you can manage your shipments and receive delivery updates.

An adult signature (21+) is required for delivery and UPS will make 3 delivery attempts before the package is returned to our warehouse. A restocking fee will be applied if your package is returned. Please track your shipment to see the delivery status and make arrangements in advance of the expected delivery date.

What if I miss my delivery?

If you won't be available to receive your package on the expected delivery date, please contact the carrier to set up a different delivery date.

What is your policy on lost or stolen packages?

Kazaisu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. In some cases, carriers mark packages “Delivered” prematurely and end up delivering packages a couple of days later. We suggest waiting 2-3 days before reaching out to us.

If your package is lost or stolen or is stuck in transit with the carrier, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please contact us at help@kazaisu.com with your order number for further assistance.

What does “Made With Organic Grapes” mean?

According to the USDA, in order to be able to say that our wine is Made with Organic Grapes the following have to be true:

• 100% of the grapes need to come from Certified Organic vineyards. The US recognizes the organic certification that is obtained by each of our producers including Ecocert (France).
• Yeast and any other agricultural ingredients are required to be produced without harmful methods.
• Any additional ingredients have to be specifically allowed on the National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances and any ingredients that are not on the list can't exceed 5% of the total product.
• The wine must contain less than 100ppm of sulfites. While wine naturally produces some sulfites we do add additional sulfites to help stabilize the wine.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns on wine?

We are unable to accept returns once your wine has been delivered. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or are experiencing an issue, please contact us directly at help@kazaisu.com. Please review our Return Policy for more information.
